Simbix LLP maintains strict independence in all audit and assurance engagements. Our consultants operate under a code of professional ethics that prohibits conflicts of interest, ensures objectivity and requires disclosure of any relationships that could impair independence.

Simbix LLP follows responsible disclosure practices for any vulnerabilities identified during penetration testing and security assessment engagements. Findings are reported exclusively to the client and are never published without explicit written consent.

Complaints & Feedback

We welcome feedback on our services. Complaints are handled through a formal process with acknowledgement within 2 business days and resolution within 20 business days.
