2. Online Security Tools

The Site provides free security scanning tools including email configuration checking, subdomain discovery, SSL grading, security headers scanning, blacklist checking, cookie compliance checking and technology fingerprinting. These tools are provided for legitimate security assessment purposes only.

You agree to:

  • Only scan domains and systems you own or have explicit authorisation to test
  • Not use the tools to facilitate attacks, harassment or any unlawful activity
  • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the tools through automated requests
  • Not redistribute scan results in a manner that could harm the scanned organisation

3. Professional Services

Information on this Site about our professional services (audit, advisory, penetration testing, etc.) is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer. Professional engagements are governed by separate client agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, design, code, images and the Simbix brand — is owned by Simbix LLP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.

5. Disclaimer

The security tools and information on this Site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, scan results should not be treated as a substitute for professional security assessment. Simbix LLP accepts no liability for decisions made based on tool outputs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simbix LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or its tools. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Simbix LLP (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
